Shipping & Delivery


From an order value of 50 EUR the order is free of shipping costs. Below this value, we take the liberty of charging a flat rate of 5.90 EUR for shipping to cover the logistics costs.


At the moment our delivery area is limited to Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. We ask for your understanding that the shipping of dangerous goods (nail polish) outside Germany is unfortunately not possible at the moment. If you are interested in international shipping, you can order via the online shop Purish.


The delivery time is usually 7-10 working days. In rare cases, the delivery time may be longer.


We ship our orders with DHL. In the shipping confirmation we send, you will find a tracking link that allows you to follow the status of the shipment at any time. Questions about this can be asked at our contact form and our customer service will get soon back to you.


Of course, we hope at all times that you will enjoy our products. To simplify and speed up the processing of returns, we ask you to use the returns form that you can create and print out yourself under Order History. Please note for returns above 40 EUR the shipment is free of charge, shipping costs must be paid by the customer for returns under 40 EUR. This occurs ONLY for Germany. If you want to return something outside of Germany, we kindly ask you to pay for the returns.

To do this, log into your account and select the order you wish to return under "Order history". Then click on "Return order", select the products to be returned and choose the reason for return. Then conveniently print out the return slip.

If you have any problems or do not have a customer account, our customer service will be happy to provide you with one on request.

However, the use of the return note is not a pre-requisite for exercising your right of cancellation and the payment of the return costs.
